How to roll back MacOS to previous version

There is no integrated way in MacOS to do a rollback the only way is to erase the drive and re-install from a bootable USB.

You will need a working MacOS device to download the relevant MacOS version then run a command as documented in the linked article to create a bootable USB, make sure this is done before you try to reset the device.

Create a bootable installer for macOS

Then depending on the MacOS model, if M1 chip then hold down the power button and select utilities > disk utility > Macintosh HD > Erase > Erase Volume group (Not APFS Volume)

The mac will restart and activate then you will have the option to reinstall the version from the bootable USB you created.
